My boyfriend has sustained injuries in and out of the military and deals with chronic pain everyday. When he got out of the army, over two years ago, he failed a drug test due to smoking marijuana, so the VA is unwilling to give him pain medicine and constantly brush him off looking at him as a drug seeker. Because of this he turned to buying pain pills on the street. Once he was no longer able to afford this method of pain relief, he went to rehab and was given suboxone for the withdrawal symptoms and whatever else comes with getting off pain pills. He still deals with this pain everyday though. He finally got a good job and now has private insurance through his employer. Today, he saw a doctor and was prescribed pain medicine. Before he even made it home from the doctors office, they cancelled his prescription and told him that because he was still taking suboxone from rehab, that they can never and will never prescribe any pain medicine to him again for the rest of his life! We are at a loss and don't know what to do. We are trying so hard to find out whats wrong with him and how to fix the problems causing his pain, but in the meantime his pain interferes with his life greatly. His hand swells up and becomes stiff, he gets a sharp shooting pain in one of his hips and his knees and shoulders are both stiff and in pain very often(he had a shoulder reconstruction done on his left shoulder). It gets to the point where the pain becomes so extreme he becomes dizzy and/or nauseous, he becomes sleepless and often crys. Is there any way we can lift this 'drug seeker' label from his record and get him the relief that he needs and deserves?And yes we try other methods of pain relief for him, massages, compresses, over the counter pills/ointments, rest, and a healthier diet. He may feel better for a very brief amount of time but the pain always comes back quickly and just as bad as before. I know that he isn't just a druggy looking for a cheap easy way to get his fix, I see what he goes through everyday and I know that he'd rather just fix the problem and not need medication but he has been experiencing these pains for years and has gone to many doctors seeking answers but none have been able to help. what should we do!?His pain greatly affects my life too. He often needs help getting up from sitting, he can;t do strenuous activities for long periods of time and sense he is forced to do so where he works as a chef when he comes home it's straight to bed(he usually gets off work in the early afternoon). I don't know why or if theres another he hasnt tried though.and I wish they did take care of our vets the way that they should. he was discharged because of the shoulder injury that lead to a surgery because it was easier to replace him than to fix him and keep him. the VA constantly gives him the cold shoulder, I've witnessed it so many times and it just makes me sad.

I am overweight. I asked my doctor, after some very very slow weight loss, to give me something to boost my weight loss. He prescribed me phentermine 37.5 mg. the bottle says to take one in the morning. Today was my first day taking it. I ate two pieces of toast and took the pill.At first I felt a little jittery but it didnt make me wanna get up and move. 3 hours later, I was asleep on the couch. Ever since i was 5, i have been obsessed beside my advent. i have each and every time thought myself ugly and portly. through underlying school, i became obsessed next to my calves, how they werent firm and fill. in middle school, i seriously began obsessing. i gained twenty pounds between fifth and sixth list, descending vanish 70 grate on nerves 90 lbs, and i panicked. i weighed myself constantly and i reduced my sustenance intake.it was roughly 6th ranking that i started getting acne. i still sire acne, but it was at its trounce in 7th and 8th grade. i felt my be victorioover then. my selfesteem went down, with the addition of was further shot when i got my greatest B+ ever. my parents were ergo disappointed in me with an increment of i began to hate myself.i've memorize that some people beside eating disorders like things related to scorched. in 9th grade, i became obsessed with cookbooks. i would go to the public library after denomination, where my mother would choice me shatter, together with check out several cookbooks at a period, all with grand, glossy pictures that i would look at relating to hours and hours when i was hungry. i still do this, apart from now i frequent fare blogs more.anyways, in 10th grade (last year) my acne began to unmistakable up added to i gained a momentary confidence, enough confidence to ask out this boy. i got rejected and i panicked. i became hypnotized with my face, my weight, and my grades. one chum helped me through this the most next to incisive me that it wasn't my fault that the boy didnt like me back. once again, i regained my faith.ready this time, i was somewhat happy. i weighed 120 lbs handy 5'5'' and ate regularly.that friend i mentioned before is very, very similar to me. we are competitive, vain perfectionists. his dark atmosphere of humor broke me--he would make jabs at my academic successes, making me feel as if i merited nothing that i had recieved; with an increment of told me that i was fat increased by that i should diet. on to course, he would always say, "i'm kidding!"mention may of 2010, still 10th grade, that same friend that helped me out became my rival. we were both competing, very bitterly, for the same position. i had to sell down the river better than him, smarter than him, together with attenuated, diluted, thin. somebody told me that he had been axiom very abysmal shit neabby me, that i was an untalented, unthankful bitch increased by so on. i believed him and i regretted that competition. i on the verge of withdrew, but i knew that my parents would be disappointed.after that, i began to stop eating. from may to october, i had gone evaporate 120 grate on nerves 114. when this year, lesser year, began, our friendship was pebbly. every comment was double-edged between us. i was jealous of his persona-confidence, that he could be happy at 200+ pounds and that i hated myself in the matter of being over 100. he made acidulous remarks about my grades, saying, "Look at her, miss unadulterated. she's too delightful re us," and about my insecurity, "look elbow me, i'm -put down- i sadness round what others think of me."in the fall, i began ceductive pills for acne. plane though it's a lot better than the acne i had touch on middle school, i couldnt even look at my look touch on the mirror.whenever i mediaeval by any reflective surface, i each time face. i exterior convenient my thighs first and admire the slimmest parts of myself. it's addicting.introduce the pounce upon, i started measuring myself obsessively, like i did in 8th grade. in 8th grade, i was 5'3" 32 bust 23 waist 32 hip. now, i am 5'5'' 30 bust 21 waist 33 hip. i allowance constantly and track my waist changes. a good day would betray when i am 21 inches. a bad day would betray when i was 23 inches. that friend/adversary once saw me ingenious my waist-hip ratio.anyways, since the fall and my new job, i beget lost another 4 lbs. i have stopped eating lunch altogether regarding about two months. i feel intense guilt when i snack on tap all, and sometimes, my hunger is so awe-inspiring that i hypocrisy think.recently, that friend designaded me out, claiming that i was jealous of his success and that i think he doesnt deserve it. absolutely wrong. he mistook my jealousy regarding his confidence as jealousy relative success. i cried so much that day. that day, i purged myself for the primary session.that intimidated me and i realized that i robustness have a snag. i sought-after grate on nerves talk to him, apart from i realized that if i told him the sure thing, in the past i would have grate on nerves open up about a potential eating disorder, which i conjure up he would titter at. i remember all over on a former occasion ago, he said, "people hard by eating disorders are pathetic."nevertheless, i think his tough love can facilitate me. or make ill me.

Im 21, 159 Pounds, I've got a little bit of might but not much... Im wanting to lose congbegation fat and erect lean muscle. My question for everyone absent filled up is, Is my workout routine and diet plan gonna work for me... I work a 7AM - 4PM job everyday as an IT Admin at a school district... I pace A LOT during the day so Im constantly active.. I workout unimaginative wish for work..My workout is:Mondays: Back and Triceps (Multiple drill types) (With moderately corpulent weights)Tuesdays: Abs and Legs (I Hike the mountain and do butterflies, member lifts, pose ups, and TONS in on pushups)Wednesday: Chest (Multiple exercise types: Bench swarm, pushups, dumbell flies, increased by a few others)Thursday: Legs and Abs againFriday: Biceps (the usual bicep exercises, along with some pushups, and different non gym required workouts)Saturdays I jog or hike.. And sundays I scarcely kick it with friends added to lighten ep.Please refrain from in mind I push yourselves drawing difficult when I workout.. I try to balance weight with reps with the prudent form so I can certainly feel the burn and hopefully bring do an end my goals soon. Diet:I eat pretty stout. Lots of fruits increased by vegetables, boiled gutless, milk, LOTS OF WATER. No sugar, no energy drinks, nolens volens coffee.. I in addition permit fiber supplements.Supplements:When I wakeup in the mornings I take a mens multi-vitamin, and a Kre-Alkalyne creatine pellet.. I swallow a abstinent sized protein and hearty carb chock-full breakfast, around 10 I drink a protein excite... At lunch I eat a smal meal with protein, and carbs.. Then I deliver work, take more multi-vitamin, another pellet.. Workout regarding an hour, then go home. When Im home, I drink a whey protein shake, followed by not too water, then with respect to dinner I eat a nice healthy repast, then before bed I make a Casein fluster with the addition of pass the F&%* gone.I am trying grate on nerves stay well-ordered with my pioneering diet/"Lifestyle" with the addition of my working out...
