The latest reading about the weight loss it is sown that building up of muscles will help your body to fight against disease better.
If a person doing the above said exercise together then it will help to lose more fat from the human body and will gain more healthy and beautiful muscles. By studying it is found that the 55 – 60 % weight can easily be loss with the above said both exercise.
