I'm 16, 5'4 and 135 pounds. I've been a vegetarian for a year and I don't eat very starchy foods or sugary foods. I also do yoga, pilates, and aerobics on alternating nights everyday every week. But despite all this I'm still having problems loving the weight I need to (I've got a bulgy belly and my thighs are pretty big).I've recently been looking for some kind of diet pill to add to this (just for the time being to help shed some pounds), however I've gotten a little mixed up and can't tell what's true and not true. Could I get some help with what pills might help me get over this hump and into my desired weight?and yes I know diet pills arent the best route but this is just temporary so I can shed a few pounds- I don't plan on taking too many or using them past when their needed. So please if you just want to preach to me about how their bad- just don't.Any and all help would be apreciated.

I've decided enough is enough and I want to loose some weight. I've been thinking of a plan on what I think is good since before christmas, but I can't decide on whats best?I've not long had a baby, so I'm carrying baby weight, and I've also lost weight before (just by cutting out fizzy drinks) and so i've some loose skin, which might be fixable to a certain extent but no where near all the way.I've heard of a few different ideas on what people think is best like:- Cutting out wheat / dairy- Not eating after a certain time- Eating a big breakfast light lunch & small dinnerAnd so on, things like that. I've cut out lots of foods from my diet already, I don't have chocolate, crisps, cake ect anymore, and I stick to lots of veg with my dinners, I am overweight by around 3-4 stone, and I don't just wanna loose weight I wanna become healthy too.I currently try to stick to a typical day like this:- Breakfast, Cereal with semi skimmed milk / Bagel / Eggs- Lunch, Salad Roll / Pasta / Wraps- Dinner, Stir frys mainly with lots of things thrown in, peppers, spring onions ect. I just use what I've got to suit my tastes. I love cooking fresh meals but if I can't do that (money issues) then I'll stick to fish, lamb steaks, chicken dippers, with plenty of veg.What I want to know basically, is your past diets? Whether they was successful? Easy to keep it? And are you still on it? Or if you've even just heard of any.I'm also hoping for any tips on my loose skin on my tummy, and if theres any way to shrink it or make it a little less ugly on the eye. I also would like some exercise tips for things to around the house daily.
