Drink lots of water – in fact, doctors recommend that you drink at least eight glasses of water per day, You may want to drink up to ten or even twelve cups per day, as water helps clear your body of toxins, helps you lose weight and can help reduce your hunger when tempted with a healthy snack.

Other drinks that are good for when you're dieting are low fat or non fat milk, 100% fruit juice or even a home made fruit smoothie.

Eating the right foods and take the time to exercise daily will help you lose weight and keep it. You cannot lose weight during the night, but constantly lose weight. If you keep eating a diet of healthy weight loss, weight will stay outside forever.
