Yes, you read it right. It is attainable, and quick. That perfectly-chiseled body that you had always been dreaming about is not a myth. But you have to understand that what people are flaunting around they do not get by simply sitting in there. No one has ever been born and grew to a perfectly-shaped body--you have to work it out. There is one magical word that is very essential to keep you in track with any fitness program that you will choose to undergo in the future-discipline. This, accompanied with below guidelines, will sure bring you to the satisfying results of looking at yourself in the mirror and be proud of the new person that you have become.

1. Get into exercise You might be very busy doing activities during the day, but this is not a substitute to proper exercise. Work-outs ensure that each muscle in your body gets the proper attention and action in order for it to grow to desired outcome. Our body has muscle groups and there are certain exercises that target certain muscle groups. For you to get proportioned body, work it out entirely together and well.

2. Get enough rest & sleep Our body's need for rest and sleep varies from age and the activities that we do. Getting into exercise and weight lifting and running is a very tiresome and consumes lots of energy, as well as shreds unwanted muscle fats. For this, you need to give yourself ample time to rest and relax to prepare each muscle fiber for the next work out.

Fast does not necessarily mean a couple of days. Of course, you need to work for it. The quickest way is four weeks. However, if you're not in too much of a hurry, you can always opt to take a longer route and ease yourself into your exercise routine. Slowly but surely is always the key. But if you want it fast, then it is best to have a professional physical fitness instructor on hand to guide you through your program.

4. Take ideal amount of protein Meats are excellent source of protein. They help feed your muscles so they can grow well and have the right amount of strength and vigor in them. Make it a habit to take no less than one gram of protein for each pound of lean body weight in order for you to stay in the utmost nitrogen balance.

Additional effort. Workouts alone will not give you ripped muscles fast. If you really want to achieve the toned and defined muscles in as short a time as possible, focus also on your diet. Eat three regular meals a day laden with protein, carbohydrates and fresh fruits and vegetables. Drink enough water to prevent dehydration. Sleep at least eight hours a night. And I mean, night! Don't sleep at three o'clock in the morning and get up at 11 AM. That's eight hours, but not a healthy eight-hour sleep.

To get ripped muscles fast, dedicate yourself to following a cardio workout that is gradually increased in intensity within a four-week period. Watch your diet, live healthy and don't cheat! You'll get your reward when you look in the mirror after four weeks.
