Vitamin B12 And B6 Can Be Found In Some Energy Drinks

By Kim and Jeff Yeomans

I have spent a considerable amount of time reviewing the different energy drinks on the market to hopefully be able to provide an accurate determination regarding the best energy drink on the market to you and your family. I tested Monster Energy, Red Bull, Rock Star and Crave energy drinks.

The best ingredients found in a few of these energy drinks were vitamin b6 and b12 which aid in the energy affect they provide.

The marketing of these products tends to be directed a younger people but many people over the age of 35 are using these products every day.

Almost all of these drinks contain caffeine but not all of them include a large amount of sugar which can cause a crash following their use.

Most of the well known brands market their product as the top energy drink, but my research indicates that most of them provide up to 5 or 6 hours of energy.

We all need sustained energy when we are working, driving and just having fun but most people do not like the energy crash that occurs with a few of the sugar filled drinks.

It is extremely difficult to find an energy drink without any caffeine and similarly it hard to get much nutrition from most of these drinks. If nutrition is what you are looking for stick to protein shakes.

If you are looking for diet energy supplements it is best to stay away from high sugar energy drinks.

Many of them are nutritional drinks because of added vitamins to enable them to be in the health zone of the local markets.

Some men have claimed that these energy drinks has improved their sex life, which is an interesting development.

One serving of an energy drink can cost you between $1.50 and $3. It all depends upon the brand and their marketing position.

Hikers and outdoor activists often go for energy drinks mixes that can be combined with water or juice because they are easier and lighter to transport but provide the same energy boost.

I have determined that most energy drinks taste great but a few of them produce an after taste that can lead to disappointment.

My research into vitamin energy drinks has determined that the best ones contain caffeine in small amounts and are low in sugar but high in vitamin b12.

This combination tends to provide the best continuous energy without the crash that occurs with the high sugar brands. So read the labels and stay away from the high sugar energy drinks.
