Breast Enlargement Idea ~I'd like some feedback~?
They blame inactivity and overweight as the reasons. I can get readings of 4.5 or so after a heavy workout but wake up in the morning to 6.5 or so despite eating nothing. My diet is almost all protein - whey protein powder shakes, and some meat, some low carb veggies, and 1500 mg of Metaformin with a single pill of Januvia. I've lost so much fat I've got some loose skin. My life has become 90 min heavy weight / cardio work outs, full time job, so it pretty much sucks. I look much better really quick, but I'm a slave to everything. I'm not sure I can continue this for ever. I asked the doctor for the diet amphetemine "Phentermine (Ionamin)" but got refused. And I was told to follow the food guide, which I do, but in reverse LOL.(picture the food triangle reversed).I may have to ditch my job in order to concentrate on healthy living, but my extended family has the old country work ethic that you are better off dead than unemployed (???????). And getting a job in my area is next to impossible - maybe I'll try for a medical sabbatical. When they discovered that my glucose was 30+ at times they were stunned, and the rumors of be being a substance abuser (I was always tired and groggy) immediately stopped and now I warn people about the hidden dangers of Diabetes, and regained my colleagues respect.Any comments would be greatly appreciated.
They say that Diabetes type II is a condition rather than a disease. Is this true.?

what diet pill will help me lose alot of weight fast?
I gained weight this past year because of a lack of activity. I weigh 189 lbs. I need to lose 45 lbs by December of 2010. That means losing seven lbs/month.I plan to do this through rigorous exercise and dieting (not self starvation) and possibly with the added help of Alli or another weight loss pill (I'm not sure about that because I've heard of the dangers of weight loss pills though)Do you think this is healthy and realistic?
Is losing seven pounds a month for six months healthy and realistic?
My friends started taking it recently (something called "Allie"), and I'm pretty concerned for her.. You're supposed to be older than 18A BMI higher than 28Not taking any other medicinShe's 15, her BMI is about 22 and she takes lamotrigine for her epilepsy. What's the consequences?
What's the danger of taking diet pills?
I workout about 5 days a week (run one day, lift the next.) I don't have serious joint issues, just aches and pains sometimes, but I always take it easy when they do start to hurt. Someone mentioned that I should take glucosamine, but I am not one to pop pills or take supplements. I try to keep my diet as natural as possible. Anyone have a strong opinion about this stuff? Let me know what you think. Thanks.
Is there any danger in taking Glucosamine?
Ok, basically I am 16 (17 in 1 month) years old and several weeks ago now I had my first appointment with a psychiatrist at CAMHS in the UK for a psychological evaluation. I have previously come very close to suicide, and still think about it a lot, I have panic attacks daily. Plus I have a lot fo problems with food, last year I went about 5 months eating 350 calories a day and lost 60 pounds in that time. Then I got really ill (the psychiatrists suspects it was a severe protein deficiency), after which I could not restrict so much anymore, if I did, when I woke up the next morning I was unable to move. So I began vomiting up to 15 times although I did not binge, although most of the time it was more like 4 times a day, I could just completely crash out for a week and not stop... Plus there was some laxative and diet pill abuse. My mum has worked very long hours for years while this was all going on so I could cover most of it up from her. But I told the psychiatrist I did not want her to know about my problems because she works in counseling and I want her to be my mum right now, not my therapist. He seemed really concerned about this, and did have quite a serious talk with me about telling her because I get that I am in danger if I relapse even slightly now.But he did not tell her so that was all fine...He told me I would get my evaluation letter thing in about 7 days, it has now been 25 days!Is it normal for these letters to take so long?I tried to call the number but it is almost impossible to get through.Could this mean something else is going on?Could they inform my mum, or school behind my back?Yeah I think that is why he really wanted my mum to know becuase they are so overbooked I could not get another appointment until 11th May, after that I should have weekly or twice weekly appintments.
Is it normal for a psychological evaluation letter to take so long, or could there be another reason for it?

Diet Pills and teens?
Can you guys read this and offer some feedback? This assignment is worth a lot of marks, I don't want to mess up. . Pre-thanks to all that do <3Diet Pills.Practically everywhere I go, I hear about some new miracle pill that aids weight loss. There are even entire stores devoted to them! Even if there is an abundance of different brands, how many of these products actually aid weight loss? The main issues with these products are their ridiculous prices, the effects they have on children, and the health problems caused by some of the pills.Like psychic readings and astrology hot lines, the weight loss industry sells hope to desperate people. How much does selling "hope" get you yearly? $222 million for just the pills in the United States. With the exercise programs, equipment, and breakfast shakes added, the sum is $40 billion a year and it's going up. So, how exactly did these numbers get so high? It starts off with either a despairing man or woman wishing to lose a few pounds. They read the promises on the bottles, see the gorgeous people on the displays, and ignorantly buy a months worth of pills, which ranges from $40-$70. Does that sounds like a good purchase?Even though the prices are horrible the pills have to work and be risk free, right? If you thought yes, you'd be dead wrong. Many brands are either ineffective or barely work with harsh side effects. Consider the popular brand called "alli". On their official website, it states "alli blocks 25% of the fat you eat from being absorbed, and the fat that isn't absorbed is harmlessly passed through your bowels. As a result, you may experience some bowel changes during the first few weeks of use". If you haven't already guessed, that pretty much means you crap out 25% of the fat you ate that day, everyday you use alli. I also came across some information stating that a side effect is getting "gas with oily spotting". Basically, if you're on alli, make sure not to wear white pants. Another bad part about alli is, even though it helps a little bit, once you stop taking alli you're definitely going to gain the weight back. This product doesn't help you change your eating habits, just blocks out fat. Once you're off alli, the extra 25% of your fat intact is going to come back into your diet, making it a huge waste of your time and money. Since diet pills are horrible for adults, what about children? Normally there are terrible side effects that come with diet pills for adults, let alone children! Children will get the same side effects, plus put their growth in danger. They need nutrients because they're growing and people get nutrients from food. If the children are fat, you shouldn't be restricting food but instead changing their diet to something more healthy and getting them to be more active. If doing that still does nothing for your child, there is one FDA approved weight loss drug used on children. It's called xenical and it works by blocking fat absorption. Even though xenical is approved, children under twelve aren't supposed to take it. It's evident that diet pills are not the best options for weight loss. Considering that one third of the adults and 20% of the children in America are obese, it doesn't look like the diet pills are doing their job at keeping you healthy anyways. If you exiguousness to lose weight, it's going to take time and hard effort. There are no obtain out of react energetic schemes for losing weight. It's all on every side dieting with the addition of exercise. I wish you pleasant luck on losing weight!
Homework English help? . ;;?
tell me whats wrong, what i need to change, or any suggestions on where to make any sentence betterand also, do I consider it as a new paragraph if i number my reasons??thank you Unseen DangersEven though diet pills helps you look slimmer, it can also have a dangerous and hazardous effect to your body. For decades, scientists and experts experimented on several ways to reach the goal to lose unwanted body fat. In the early 1930s, two physicians from Stanford University discovered the ability of the chemical called dinitrophenol (DNP) to increase the speed of a person’s metabolism. But doctors were soon worried after they estimated that at least 100,000 people in the United States had taken DNP after the year of its first publication. The problem? Doctors troubled over the fact that people were taking too much than the normal requirements and in result, caused overdosing which lead to high fevers and eventually, death. If so, then why is it that there are still a great amount of people accepting this as a safe and effective treatment?Thousands of people from around the world rely their trust on several methods and techniques in order to achieve the body that they greatly desire. From expensive body trainers to exercising, from cutting of calories all the way to the purchasing of materials from television advertisements. Diet pills is just one example used from the hundreds of ways to lose unwanted body fat. If you question any random person on why anyone would put so much effort and time in order to become thinner, they may give you several reasons: 1. to boost their self esteem and feel good about themselvesso they would not have to frown every time they see little rolls of belly fat while sitting down2. to squeeze through small and narrow spaces smoothly and freely3. to fit into a small bikini and attract a good amount of attention from both men and women 4. to run away from the judging eyes that seems to inflict a strange feeling of embarrassment and distress 5. so they would not need to gasp for air after succeeding a 30 seconds attempt on getting up from the couch6. to impress who ever they want to and moreBesides of the fact that there can be endless of possible reasonings and opinions, they all seem to come down into one conclusion: self satisfaction. People somehow are not content on what they have and crave for the things that can make themselves feel satisfied. Why can’t a person be comfortable on how they look rather than torturing themselves with pills to the point that they become sick? Why do they find it so hard to turn their gaze from a slightly overweight person but cannot stop looking at an unhealthy skinny model wishing that it could be them?
