Two Simple Reasons Why Junk Food Should Be Avoided

Junk food (Pizza, Burger,French Fries, Snack Foods) are fascinating to both young and old nowadays. Most of the youngstersare loosing or have lost their interest in eating vegetables and fruits as they are not asappealing (or tasty) as Junk food. No doubt junk food is cheap and quick but it gives nohealth benefits whatsoever as it lacks in nutrients but is full of unhealthy fats. No doubt, they giveyou quick energy but they fail to provide you nutrients which help yourbody to function properly.

There are two major reasonswhat makes junk food bad for your health.

First is mentioned above thatthey suffer nutrients loss because of refining process and wipes out much ofthe phyto nutrient, vitamin, mineral and fiber content.  It basicallyhappens occurs by stripping away nutritious parts, sometimes exposure to air orexcessive heating. 

Second, junk food containsassault of over 4000 artificial additives which are added and that are rangingfrom artificial sweeteners, colors and preservatives to chemically distortedfake fats.  Some additives are also used which are poorly tested andcontain unexpected effects. Apart from the additives, either from pollution orfrom unhealthy farming some toxin can get into the food and harm your bodybadly. Hence, Junk food can surely become a catalyst in Fast Weight & Muscle Gain (But this not necessarily be healthy all the times)

On the whole, healthy foodsare rich in nutrients intact, and contain minimum of toxins.  A healthydiet which is full of minerals, vitamins and iron is the best diet and providesyou the power to defend against the illness of your body. It has seen peoplewho consume junk food falls sick often as this food eventually harm you liver.So the best fora the good and healthy life is balanced food.
